All orders (excluding those containing pre-order items) are dispatched within 5 working days.

All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. All duties and taxes are included in the price, and no additional charges will be payable upon delivery.

Free shipping on all orders over £350.

If your order has not arrived, you must notify us within 14 days of the dispatch date in order for us to investigate and resolve the issue.

If you need to amend your delivery address, please contact us immediately at hello@eylandeyland.com. Address changes cannot be made once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery address, email, and phone number are entered correctly at checkout. Eyland cannot be held responsible for missing parcels due to incorrect customer details, however we will always do our best to assist.

PRE-ORDERS

All pre-orders must be paid in full in advance.

Pre-orders will be shipped on the date stated in the item description. In some cases, shipping may occur slightly earlier or later than the estimated date.

Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all pre-order item(s) are ready.
