UK RETURNS
If you would like to return an item, you must notify us in writing at hello@eylandeyland.com within 7 days of delivery.
Once return instructions have been provided, your return must be shipped within 5 working days.
We recommend returning your item(s) using a tracked, signed-for and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit or do not reach us.
Please ensure your name and order number are included inside the return parcel.
Returned item(s) will only be accepted if they are unused, unworn, and in perfect condition, with all original packaging included and all original labels still attached.
For hygiene and health and safety reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Packaging must also be returned in its original condition and show no signs of damage. This includes the dust bag. If the dust bag is returned damaged or unusable, a £5 deduction will be made from your refund.
Returns must be packaged securely in the original shipping box, or a box of similar size and strength, to ensure the item(s) are protected during transit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the cost of the returned item(s) to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Eyland reserves the right to refuse a refund for item(s) returned that are scratched, damaged, show signs of wear, or are not returned in a resaleable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are in addition to the original shipping fee.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on orders outside of the UK, as these orders are delivered with duties and taxes already paid.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
