Shipping

All orders (except for those that include pre-order pieces) will be shipped out within 6 working days.

All orders are shipped from the UK, any duties and taxes are included in the price of the item, no further duties or taxes will be charged to the customer upon delivery. However, this does mean that orders sent outside of the UK are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping within the UK is sent via Royal Mail ‘Tracked48’ and is £6.00 or free on orders £350+ (the £350+ free shipping only applies to orders whereby goods of this sum or more are kept, full or partial refunds that result in the order amount falling below £350+ result in a shipping back charge.)

International shipping is £20-£25 depending on your country, or free on orders £350+.

If your order has not arrived, you must make us aware of this within 2 weeks of the shipment date in order for us to resolve the situation.

If you need to change your address please reach out to us immediately, and we will do our best to assist. It is not possible to change the address on any orders that have started to be processed or have been shipped. The customer is responsible for supplying their correct address, email and phone number on their order. Eyland cannot be held responsible for missing parcels if the incorrect address was given by the customer, although we will always do our best to assist.

Pre-Orders

All pre-orders should be paid in advance, and shipped out on the date given in the item(s) description, on occasion shipment will be sooner or later than the date given.

Returns

You must inform us in writing to hello@eylandeyland.com, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), if you are not satisfied with the item(s) and want to return it. You must ship your return within 7 days of the return label being emailed to you.

Returned item(s) will only be accepted if they are un-used, in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unworn and complete with their original labels still attached. If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered, we will give you a full refund for the cost of the item(s).

Original postage costs will not be refunded. Eyland will not be liable for returns if the item is scratched or has any signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition.

Customers will incur the cost of returns, they are as listed below, and are in addition to the original postage cost not being refunded;

United Kingdom - £6

UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS ON ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UK, DUE TO THOSE ORDERS BEING DELIVERED TO CUSTOMERS WITH THE TAX AND DUTY ALREADY PAID.

SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
